Service Description
An undercut is a hairstyle in which the hair in the middle of the head is kept long while the sides and the back of the head (or both areas) are shaved/faded low. This style is primarily for clients who would like a versatile look in an edgy up-do or wearing their hair down for more professional look.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE HAVE CLEAN HAIR WITH NO PRODUCT IN IT. A SHAMPOO SERVICE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR DIRTY, OILY, OR HAIR WITH ANY KIND OF PRODUCT IN IT. YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL OF SERVICE IF HAIR IS DIRTY, OILY, OR HAS PRODUCT IN IT. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: At time of booking your appointment clients will be required to pay in full based on the price of the chosen service(s). We ask that you please reschedule and/or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a "no call no show" Â cancellation fee. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS: If you (client) do not cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 1 (one) hour of your booked appointment your booking fee will be forfeited. The said fees will NOT be applied to your next appointment. In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment please see your confirmation email each client receives upon booking an appointment. There will be options to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment via email confirmation. ****PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT YOUR BARBER TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.**** APPOINTMENT PUNCTUALITY: Each client is allotted a 10 MINUTE grace period to arrive late before they are considered a "no call no show" If the client has not cancelled or rescheduled his or her appointment within the time limits said above. Clients have the ability to book an appointment no less than 1 (one) hour in advance, and may cancel reschedule no less than 1 (one) hours in advance.Â
